Due to the nature of online collectible collectibles in the TCG world, we do not offer returns. If you receive an item from our shop that is damaged or not as described, please do not hesistate to send us an email so we can assist you with a replacement | charles@southtexastcg.com
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Please email: charles@southtexastcg.com with the Subject line, "CANCEL ORDER #<insert your order number>". No further reason or explanation is needed on your behalf.
